User with edit permissions and Editor and Reviewer roles can lock the documents, readers do not enjoy this privilege. See information on User Roles & Permissions.
The lock feature prevents edits and metadata changes by other users, allowing only source document downloads once locked.
To continue editing the document turn off Lock Document.
Step 1. Log in to Kivo and navigate to the document.
Step 2. Locate the Document Actions Icon on the top right corner below Filters.
Step 3. Click the Document Actions Icon.
a) Toggle Lock option ON
Step 4. Toggle off Lock option to continue editing document.
