Users with Editor permissions can rename a document. Documents cannot be renamed while in a workflow step or while Locked.
Step 1. Navigate to the document. Clicking in the name field will highlight it and allow the user to type the new name. Example below: "DSUR Edition 1.0" becomes "DSUR Edition 1.0 FDA."
