How to add a PDF Rendition to a version

  1. Click on Documents

  2. Navigate to the Document you want to add a PDF to

  3. Click on the Ellipsis to open the Action Menu

  4. Click on “Add PDF file”

  5. Click Browse and navigate to the PDF

  6. Click open

  7. Navigate to the file in the explorer window and drag and drop the PDF into the dotted box

  8. The PDF is listed

  9. Click “Save Changes”

  10. THE PDF rendition is added to the Version
