Step 1. Navigate to Quality Cabinet. Hover over the Quality icon. Click on Quality Activity.
Step 2. Quality Activity List page is displayed. Click on the blue button “+ Create Quality Activity” on the top right.
Step 3. Select the type of quality activity in the Subtype dropdown. Enter a Title and click Create. In the example below auto numbering will be appended to the title. A new quality activity record will be created. The activity record pane will appear. Complete the required* metadata fields and any additional fields as needed.
Required Metadata is configured per workspace and defined during implementation.
