Kivo provides two user reports. A General User Report and a User Action report.

User Report contains data on active/inactive users and actions performed in the system. Often, a User report is used as an audit trail for 21 CRF Pt 11 compliance.

Definitions

  1. Active and Inactive Users per organization: Active users are current names who have been granted access to Kivo. Inactive users are users whose access has been removed.

  2. First Name and Last Name: The user's first name and last name as entered from the Kivo initial set-up.

  3. User login: Kivo login ID.

  4. Role of the user: Type of user within the group/module/cabinet. (Refer to User Roles & Permissions (V2))

  5. Group: Product Module/Cabinet to which the user belongs. (Refer to User Roles & Permissions (V2))

  6. Last login of the user: Date and time stamp of the last time the user logged in. Timezone is set at time of Kivo initial set up.

  7. Microsoft email: Microsoft email login ID. Enables MS Office collaboration, Edit in browser or Edit in Word. (See Editing a File or Version in Browser)

  8. Docusign email: Docusign email login ID. Enables Docusign integration for e-signatures.(See Approving a Document - Sign & Approve Workflow)

In the example below, the filter for inactive users is selected.
