Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Expiring in XX days is a pre-configured/out of the box (OOTB) report. It is a subset of the Controlled Document Report. Specific report for Standard Operating Procedures expiring in 60 days or any other specified number of days provides a quick snapshot of SOPs due to expire in a certain timeframe.
Use Cases
SOP Audit: During an internal audit, quickly finding upcoming expiring SOPs assist QA leaders in budgeting times and resources.
Proactively Incorporate New Procedures/Technologies/Best Practices: Report assists in determining which SOPs are expiring soon for a particular department.
Align SOPs to Scheduled Regulatory Updates: Report based on a future date can prepare QA leaders for a future regulatory change that affects SOPs.
Filters and Columns
Filters
Expiration Date: Date by which the SOP expires or requires review/renewal. The report is configured by default with date range with current date to 60 days later. Users may change the date options. Contact Kivo Support to change the default to another time period (e.g. 90 days).
