Kivo makes it easy to access and complete your assigned training courses. You can find courses in multiple locations and complete them at your own pace.

You’ll interact with this process when:

  • A course is assigned to you

  • You need to review training materials

  • You want to track completed training

Key capabilities include:

  • Viewing assigned courses

  • Completing course documents

  • Tracking course completion status

Finding Your Training Courses

There are two ways to access your assigned courses in Kivo.

Option 1 – My Work

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard.

  2. Select Training in the My Work column.

  3. View all courses that have been assigned to you.

Option 2 – Training Module

  1. Navigate directly to the Training module.

  2. Click Courses.

  3. View both Active Courses and Completed Courses assigned to you.

Read and Understand Course Documents

  1. Start the Course

Locate the course you want to complete and select Start Course. You will see a list of all of the documents included in the course on the left side of your screen.

  2. Review Course Documents
Click on a document in the list. The document loads on the right side of the screen. Read through the content carefully. All progress will be saved, no need to rush.

  3. Complete Training
Once you have read and understood the document, click Complete Docment and Display Next. Continue this process until all required course documents have been addressed.

Note: Depending on your training course settings, some documents may automatically be marked as Auto-Complete, indicating that you’ve already finished them and don’t need to review them again.

Completing the Process

Once all course documents are completed:

  • The course is marked as Complete

  • The course moves from the Active Courses tab to the Completed Courses tab

  • No further action is required

Complete Quiz

If your training manager has included a quiz, see Completing Quizzes for information on how to execute your quiz.
