Convert an Office document to a PDF

Please note that Office file must be in .docx format, please do not use file in .doc format.
Here below are the steps to convert an Office Document to a PDF

1.  Log in to Kivo and Navigate and click on the document that you need to convert to a PDF. 
   You will observe that a screen with document information will pop up.    
   
   
2. Now Click the Convert Button     
                                      
   
   
3. Click the Convert to PDF button             
    
                                
4. You will observe that a Check mark is displayed under the PDF Column 
    
   
   
5. Now to open the pdf click on the pdf icon, pdf will open in another window.
