Kivo comes with Document Alias feature. A document alias allows you to author a document in one location and have it appear in other cabinets or folders. A great use case of this is to author a protocol in your regulatory cabinet and display it an eTMF cabinet.
Please note that user's with editor role permissions can create an alias document. Only workspace manager can grant permissions to a user.
1. Click on the wafer icon on the right corner and select "Alias Document" option.
2. A pop-up message window will appear, thus confirms that document link has been generated to create an Alias document.
3. Go to the eTMF cabinet or any cabinet where you wish to create an alias.
4. Click on kebab icon and click on Create alias document.
5. Lastly, Choose the appropriate version of the alias document that you wish to link, and click on Alias document button to confirm the action.
