Document Management>General Document Management
Viewer, Reviewer Editor, and Workspace Manager user permissions.
Document Details located in the card and described below include:
- Version
- Metadata
- Access
- Reports
Viewing the Document Details/Cards:
Step 1. Navigate and select a document; 4 cards are visible Versions, Metadata, Access, Reports.
a) Versions is visible first by default. Editor users.
Metadata Card
Step 2: To access the Metadata, click on metadata card, metadata fields the version, document type, category, artifact data can be update.
Please note that only editor user can update the metadata
Access Card
Step 3: To access the information about the users who have access to the document, click on Access card, and a list of users who have access will be visible.
Please note that only Editor users can see the access card.
Reports Card
Step 4: To access Reports, click on Reports card, and complete log of the document will be available.
The edit logs can be sorted, and can be downloaded, click on the download audit log and the log will be dowloaded in the .xlsx format.
The document's relation with the submissions, eCTD and Alias can be accessed by clicking on Submissions, eCTD submissions, and Alias Locations tabs.
