Overview
Kivo Go is your gateway to all workspace modules, including Document Management, Activities, Projects, and Training. You can access it securely through your browser using either your Kivo username and password or your organization’s Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials.
This article provides step-by-step instructions for logging in, along with tips for troubleshooting access issues and navigating the homepage after login.
Login Steps
To log in to Kivo Go:
Navigate to production or sandbox url:
Production: https://app.kivo.io.
Sandbox: https://app-sandbox.kivo.tech
Enter the name of your organization in the dialogue box and select Continue.
Depending on your organization’s setup:
After a successful login, Kivo Go will direct you to the Homepage, where you can access your dashboard, documents, and assigned tasks.
Best Practice: After entering your organization, bookmark the url in your browser for quick access.
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Many organizations use Single Sign-On (SSO) to streamline and secure login access to Kivo Go. If SSO is configured, you’ll log in using your existing corporate credentials (for example, Azure AD, Okta, or Google Workspace).
To verify if your organization has SSO enabled or to request setup, contact your IT administrator or Kivo Workspace Manager.

Next Steps After Login
Once logged in, you’ll land on the Homepage, which provides a quick overview of your active documents, workflows, and tasks.
From here, you can:
Access your Dashboard to view updates, pending work, and upcoming deadlines.
Navigate to your assigned Projects or Activities.
Complete Training Assignments or review pending document approvals.

Troubleshooting Login Issues
Wrong Email or Password:
Check to ensure you are logging into the correct URL (sandbox vs production) and that you have entered the correct Organization name.
If you have forgotten your password or believe that Kivo is not accepting the correct password, users can reset their password by navigating tot he login page adn select forgot password to trigger a password reset. see How do I reset my password? for more information.
SSO Login Errors: If SSO is not working for your organization, contact [email protected] to help troubleshoot potential issues.
