MacOS Safari users may experience issues when trying to edit documents online. Safari blocks websites from opening new windows by default. In order for Kivo to open Microsoft documents in Office 365 the Kivo app needs to be configured to allow popups for the application.

Step 1. Click on the File menu and select Settings.

b) Find the Kivo application in the list of currently open websites and set popups to Allow (item 3 in the screenshot).

NOTE
: If you are using Kivo in multiple environments (demo, sandbox, production) you will need to enable popups for each environment.
