Documents can be uploaded to specific locations within Kivo as single documents.

Alternatively, multiple documents can be bulk uploaded to a single location, if needed.

Step 1. Click on the relevant module. In the example below, Regulatory.

Step 2. - Navigate to the desired folder. In the example below, 2.3 Quality Overall Summaries.

Step 3. Select the Blue “+” icon at the bottom of the column and select Upload.

Step 4 . Select the "Drop file to create new documents" or "Browse" fields to upload either a single document or bulk upload multiple documents.

NOTE: Up to 100 documents at a time can be uploaded using this method.

Step 5. Selected documents will appear in the upload window.

a) Modify the name field for each document, if required. The name field is automatically set as the filename of the uploaded document.

b) Enter a description field for each document if required.

c) Select Create document(s) to complete the upload process of the document(s).

Step 6. The document(s) are added to the specific location within Kivo.
