Users can now create and implement custom workflows into specific cabinets or folders within the Regulatory, Clinical, Quality and Corporate cabinets.
Custom workflows can be comprised two or more of the following workflow steps:
Collaboration: Allows users to draft or edit a document individually or in a collaboration*
Review Content: Allows users to review, modify and edit a document
Review: Allows users to preview a document and make comments and annotations on the document
Approval: Allows users to approve a document.*
* When building a workflow, these two steps must be included as mandatory steps.
