The submission application like NDA, IND are prebuilt in Kivo. A user can add child sections, siblings to the structure. The application can be filter as well, and sections can be removed too.
Here are steps to add, removed and filter sections within an submission application. We will look into the features to filter sections based on the document filetypes, status, and version.
Step 1: Open the submission builder, and from the list of various submission sequence, open the sequence to which you wish to link a document.
The sections and folder structure will open up.
Step 2: To add a new section, selected the section to you wish to add sub-section.
Now click on the "add child" icon.
A pop-up menu will appear add the section no. and the name for the section you wish to add, click on Create Folder.
Step 3: To remove a section, selection the section, and click on delete icon.
A pop-up menu will appear, confirm the action by selecting delete folder.
Step 4: To add a sibling section, selected the section to you wish to add as a sibling section.
Now click on the "add sibiling" icon.
A pop-up menu will appear add the section no. and the name for the section you wish to add, click on Create Folder.
The sibling section will be added.
Step 5: To perform a filter search into the document linked under various sections and submission there is filter feature.
Documents linked can be searched using filter feature on the bases of their approval status, file types, export status and latest version.
To filter search documents within an application, click on Filters icon.
The approved documents will have approved stamp, a document with old version will appear with "!".
