A Workspace Manager is an administrative role that has control over a Kivo SaaS workspace and access to a settings tabs, where user permissions, cabinet, approval and many other features can be configured.

Only a workspace manager can enable workspace management permission to a user.
Here are the steps:

1. Login as workspace manager.
2. Click on the settings tab (located on the bottom left corner), this will take you to the settings page.

3. On the settings page, all the users will be listed. In the workspace manager column, turn on the toggle button to enable the Workspace management permissions.

Please note, Workspace management permission can be enable for a new user while creating the account. To enable the workspace management permission check the "Manager" box.
