Kivo utilizes a DocuSign integration to execute Part 11 compliant eSignature workflows.
DocuSign can be enabled for specific users within Kivo.
To enable DocuSign for a user, please request the Kivo HelpDesk Support to activate DocuSign for the relevant user.
Once DocuSign has been enabled for a specific user, Workspace Manager users can view the assigned DocuSign email addresses for all users.
