The 2025.Q3.5 release includes two minor updates, as well as usability improvements and small bug fixes.
Metadata Updates on Approved Documents
Workspace Managers will now have the ability to select whether an individual metadata field can be edited on an approved document (if metadata updates on approved docs are enabled for the organization). Users will continue to be required to enter a reason for update for any metadata changes on approved documents.
Training Reporting Update
The Document Report in Training Reports will now show a status of Auto Complete for documents that a user completed as part of a previous training and was allowed to skip in a subsequent training course.
