The 2025.Q2.2 release introduces a new report type, improved training functionality, and an update to the audit trail display, as well as usability improvements and minor bug fixes.

Folder Metadata Report

The new Folder Metadata report allows you to view all metadata for documents in a folder in one place. The report can be configured to display selected metadata fields. You can find the Folder Metadata report in the "Reports" tab within "Folder Details."

Re-training Functionality

When enrolling users in training, a training manager will now have the ability to exclude any documents that the user has already trained on across all their completed trainings. This can be done using the existing "Require users to train on new content only" option, which will now check for completed training across all courses.

Users who are being re-enrolled in the same course will be required to retrain on all content.

Audit Trail Display Improvement

Audit trail entries created after this release will display the document version that was current at the time the action was taken, even if the document is later approved and the document changes from a minor to major version. Existing audit trail entries will remain unchanged. A contextual note will be added to entries created before this release to clarify historical versioning.

A full list of changes will be loaded into your validation cabinet in Kivo. Look for the validation documentation for release 2025.Q2.2.
