The 2025.Q1.3 release focuses on several new features, as well as usability improvements and minor bug fixes. Notable new features are highlighted below.
Project Views
Your project page will now include two new tabs to help manage work across multiple ongoing projects. You will also now be able to mark projects as “complete,” which will disable further action and remove associated tasks from the new project management views.
Projects can be marked as complete using the button in the header. All task must be marked as complete (in task status) before a project can be completed.
The Kanban tab on the main project page now allows you to view all tasks by status across all projects.
The Tasks tab allows you to view all tasks as a table, with the ability to filter by category, type, project, as well as sort by status.
Improved eCTD navigation
Kivo now supports additional eCTD 4.0 scenarios. Leafs referencing objects in other submissions are now supported. In addition, sequences can now be reprocessed if they reference objects in other submissions that had not been imported.
A full list of changes will be loaded into your validation cabinet in Kivo. Look for the validation documentation for release 2025.Q1.3.
