Following every production release, Kivo uploads validation documentation into a validation cabinet in each customer workspace. As we've scaled, we have developed a new approach to automatically publish and approve validation documentation to each workspace.
This new approach will go into effect with the 2025.Q1.3 release on 27 Feb 2025. There is no impact to you or the validation process, but you might notice that the audit trail entries will reflect this new automated process in releases after that date. Below is an example of what you'll see in the audit trail for these documents:
