This release includes a series of improvements to backend infrastructure as well as a series of modules that are not user facing, but will be part of upcoming releases related to eTMF migration, analytics, and project management.
Add Notes to Collaborations and Reviews
When creating a collaboration session or routing a document for review, you can now add instructions for the users in the session. The email notification for the session will include the instructions and users will see the instructions in the collaboration or review card in the Document Details drawer.
Collaborator Session Settings - Kivo Support can define collaboration settings at an organizational level now. This setting changes which users have the permission to end a collaboration and save a new version; or cancel the collaboration. If enabled, any user in the collaboration can end it, not just the collaboration initiator. Contact Kivo Support if you would like to change the behavior of this feature.
A full list of changes will be loaded into your Validation folder in Kivo. Look for the Change Control documentation for release Q2.2023.2.
