Kivo now has a host of small usability improvements in both the DMS and Submission Builder areas.

File Type icons - The document browser now displays the icon for the source file type. This change is also visible in Submission Builder

Download file links - You can now download source and/or PDF of the current version directly from the Current Version panel

Locked By - You can now see at a glance who has a file locked.

Help link - We have added a link to the Kivo Knowledge Base and support center directly in the app.

Sorting in versions table - All columns in the version table are now sortable and the default sort order is to list the newest version first.

Improved DMS Filters - You can now completely hide folders from view in the DMS browser if the folder (or sub-folders) do not contain documents. Similarly, Hide draft documents will filter all draft documents from view.

Submission Export Queue and Email Notification - Back by popular demand, Kivo will send you an email when a submission export is complete along with a link to the exports page for that submission.
