Kivo now has a host of small usability improvements in both the DMS and Submission Builder areas.

Collaboration Email Notifications - Users are now notified of Collaboration invitations through a new email generated by Kivo. This should result in fewer emails getting caught in SPAM.

Add users to Collaboration Session - You can now add and remove users from an existing Collaboration session in the Active Collaboration panel.

Audit trail pagination - We've added pagination to very long audit trail entries so that those views can load faster.

Cabinet Export Utility - The contents of a cabinet can now be exported to a zip file including audit trail, Where Used report, and metadata. Either all documents or Approved documents only can be included in the export. Contact Support if you have questions or need to use this feature.

Return user to last location on logout - A small feature, but a good one. If the system logs you out due to inactivity it will return you to your last location when you log back in.

Submission Selection UI - We've made a host of changes to how you work with Products, Applications, and Submissions in Submission Builder. First, you now view the entire structure in a single Submission Management interface where you can create, edit, and delete categories, products, applications, and submissions. This is also where you will navigate to and open existing submissions.

Second, we've updated how the Submission you are currently have open displays in the Submission Builder UI. You can now more clearly see which Category (customer or therapeutic area), product, application, and submission (including both submission name and sequence number) you have open. Clicking on items in this control will open the Submission Management interface for you to create, edit, and open other submissions.

Submission Export Deltas - You can now export only files that have changed status (new, updated, deleted) since the prior export. This is especially helpful when building a large IND or NDA to keep submission export sizes smaller. To use a Delta select Export only changed files on the Submission Export modal.

Add file deletion as a status in Submission spreadsheets - Submission tracking spreadsheet now identifies documents deleted since the last export.
