The 2026.Q1.2 release includes several features, as well as usability improvements and minor bug fixes.
Training Quizzes
Training managers can now add quizzes to the end of training courses. These quizzes support multiple-choice questions (including true/false and select-all). As a training manager, you can set a pass rate required for your quiz, as well as an allowed number of attempts before a user has to re-start their training. A user will not be able to “complete” their training until the quiz is passed.
Quiz results and attempts can be added to your training reports.
Enablement: Available to Training Managers. The option to add a quiz will be available in the training course builder. This can therefore be enabled in training courses at the discretion of your training manager.
User Access Dashboard
Workspace Managers will now be able to see and update active workflows as well as document ownership and assignment on the Access tab within User Management. This allows for document owner and assignee to be updated in bulk.
This also streamlines the work required to disable a user. Previously, Workspace Managers needed to go to the Active Workflows tab to end any user workflow steps before being able to deactivate the user. Now they will be redirected to the Access Dashboard to complete that step (of course, the Active Workflows tab hasn’t gone anywhere.)
Enablement: Enabled for Workspace Managers. The User Access dashboard can be accessed by Workspace Managers within the User Management experience. When deactivating a user, a Manager will be redirected to the active workflows section to manage any in-progress workflows for that user - this mirrors the current process for deactivating a user through the Active Workflows tab.
“Approved At” Time Sync
This is an automatic step that will be run after a document is approved in DocuSign to ensure the Approved At type in the system is synced with DocuSign’s approval time. It has no impact on the record itself, but rather will update the time recorded in the Kivo system.
Enablement: Enabled for all organizations.
The full list of A full list of changes will be loaded into your validation cabinet in Kivo. Look for the validation documentation for release 2026.Q1.2.
