Overview

If your training manager has elected to associate a quiz with a course in Kivo, you'll be prompted to complete the quiz after you've completed training on all course documents.

Learners interact with quizzes to:

  • Demonstrate understanding

  • Complete required training

  • Track personal progress

Key capabilities include:

  • Answering quiz questions

  • Finalize course training

  • Viewing completion status and scores

Completing a Quiz

  1. Open the Quiz

    • Navigate to the Courses page.

    • Locate the appropriate course. Select Take Quiz.

  2. Answer Questions

    • Read each question carefully. If there is more than one correct answer, the question will note to Select all that apply.

    • Select your answer(s).

    • Move through the quiz until all questions are answered.

  3. Complete the Quiz

    • Select Submit Quiz

    • From here you will see one of two screens:

      Quiz Not Passed
If your score was below the threshold, your results will be displayed and you will be prompted to Retake Quiz.

      Quiz Passed
If your score was above the defined threshold, your results will be displayed and your training has been fully completed. No additional action is required.

Notes and Important Behavior

  • If your failed attempts exceed the set limit for the quiz, you'll be forced to repeat the course. Quiz availability depends on assignment and due dates

  • Progress may not be saved until answers are submitted

  • You may see an error message if you attempt the quiz before training on all course documents.
