The 2026.1.5 release includes two new user-facing features, as well as usability improvements and minor bug fixes.
Version Labels – Retiring Versions
Users with the appropriate permissions can now mark an approved document version as Retired from the Version Menu. Retired versions receive a “Retired” label that remains fixed even if newer versions are later approved. The label name can be customized in your organization’s settings.
Enablement: This feature is disabled by default at release and can be enabled with assistance from the Kivo team.
Audit Trail Filters
The document audit trail now includes filtering options by user, action, and date, making it easier to locate specific historical entries. These filters help teams quickly find document activity and changes across time.
Enablement: This enhancement is enabled for all organizations.
