We’ve made an important update to how DocuSign is accessed and used with Kivo.
What’s changing?
Direct web access to DocuSign through Kivo-linked accounts is no longer supported, as it does not align with our integration agreement.
Going forward, all envelopes must be created and sent through Kivo.
As part of this change, external envelope creation via Kivo-connected DocuSign accounts has been disabled.
What this means for you
If you were using DocuSign via web access through your Kivo-linked account, you may no longer be able to generate envelopes that way.
If your organization has a separate corporate DocuSign account, you can continue using DocuSign via the web as usual under that account.
Experiencing issues creating envelopes?
If you're running into trouble generating envelopes, you may need to switch from your Kivo-linked DocuSign account to your company’s corporate DocuSign account.
How to switch accounts in DocuSign:
Log into DocuSign via the web
Click your profile icon in the top right corner
Select “Switch Accounts” (or “Change Account”, depending on your view)
Choose your corporate DocuSign account from the list
Continue creating and sending envelopes as usual
If you don’t see your corporate account listed, you may need to log out and sign back in using your corporate credentials.
