Link multiple documents together in Kivo to create two-way relationships that help organize related content.

Creating links between related documents helps you organize your content and understand how different documents relate to each other. You can link multiple documents at once to build a comprehensive view of document relationships.


Overview

Visibility into how your documents are linked and related to each other is essential for good quality management. When you link documents in Kivo, you create two-way relationships that automatically appear in both documents, giving you a complete picture of how your content connects.


Link Multiple Documents

Step 1 – Open a Document

Navigate to and open the document you want to link other documents to.

Step 2 – Toggle to the Related Field

Look for the Related field within the document view and toggle over to access it.

Step 3 – Click Link to Another Document

Click the Link to another document button to open the file browser.

Step 4 – Select Documents to Link

In the file browser, click on one or multiple documents you want to link to. You can select as many documents as needed without holding any keyboard shortcuts.

Step 5 – Add the Links

Once you've selected all the documents you want to link, click the appropriate button to add the links. The links automatically appear in all related documents, creating two-way relationships.
