Workspace Management Audit Trail

Access detailed configuration changes in your workspace through the audit trail with filtering and export options.

The Workspace Management Audit Reports track all configuration changes made in your workspace. Use this feature to monitor updates to your workspace settings, metadata, workflows, and task types.


Overview

Your workspace audit trail records every configuration change, including who made the change, what changed, and when it happened. Each audit entry shows the previous value and new value for updated settings, giving you full visibility into your workspace's configuration history.


Accessing Audit Reports

Step 1 – Navigate to Workspace Settings

Click the workspace name or settings icon in your workspace navigation and select Manage Workspace.

Step 2 – Open the Audits tab

In Workspace Settings, select the Audits tab to view your audit trail.

The audit trail displays all configuration changes, including:

  • Description updates

  • License configuration changes

  • Metadata settings created, deleted, or updated

  • Organization updates

  • Task type creation and deletion

  • Workflow configuration changes and step updates

Filtering your results

Step 3 – Apply filters

Use the available filters to narrow your results by:

  • User: Filter by the team member who made the change

  • Action: Filter by the type of change, such as Description Updated or Workflow Configuration Created

  • Record Name: Filter by the workflow or metadata field name that was changed

  • Date: Filter by when the change was made

Exporting audit reports

Step 4 – Export your audit trail

Select the Export button to download your audit trail as a file. You can export the full audit trail or filtered results. The export includes the previous and new values for each change, giving you a complete record of configuration updates.
