The 2026.Q3.2 release includes two new feature enhancements. There is also one UI change related to the workspace audit trail – not a new feature, but worth noting. A full list of those requirements can be found at the bottom of this page.
Multiple Signatures per Document in Kivo E-Sig
Kivo E-Signature now supports multiple signature blocks per person within a document. When authoring an embedded e-signature, you can place more than one signature block for the same user, with an indicator showing how many signatures have been placed so you know when all required signatures are in place.
Each signature is treated as a unique signature — with its own authentication, reason for approval, and timestamp — and each is captured individually in the audit trail.
Enablement Impact: Available to all organizations using Kivo E-Signature. No additional configuration is required.
Managers Only: Enhanced Exports
Managers now have additional options when exporting a folder or cabinet. A manager can select what to include in the export — document metadata and audit trail, which versions to include (all versions, approved versions only, the newest approved version, or the current version), and the file format (source only, PDF only, or both).
Managers can select how exported files are named (by original file name or by document title), and optionally include a related content report that maps related content per document.
Note a user-facing change: "Folder Export" will be renamed "Folder Download" outside of manager-mode, to distinguish from export functionality for managers. This action is already available to editors only, and the functionality remains exactly the same — only the label is changing.
Enablement Impact: Available to all organizations (Workspace Manager and Product Module Manager only, in manager mode). No additional configuration is required.
Note: UI Update to Workspace Management Audit Trail
We are updating how Activity Subtype configuration changes appear in the workspace management audit trail to make them easier to read. Going forward, the entry description will show as “Activity Type Settings Updated,” and the Old Value and New Value will be limited to just the setting that changed. Previously these entries displayed all subtype settings, which made it hard to see exactly what was updated.
Nothing is changing in how the audit trail is recorded — this only changes how that information is presented in the UI. This is not categorized as a new functional requirement, but will be tracked in the Change Control under KV-6039 and KV-6407 (included below for visibility)
Enablement Impact: Available to all organizations. No additional configuration is required.
