The 2026.Q3.3 release includes one user-facing enhancement, a change to document template behavior, and several bug fixes. The remaining items in this release are internal support tools and do not change the application for end users.
Move action in Table View
The existing "Move" bulk action is now available in Table View, so you can select documents in Table View and move them without switching back to the folder view.
Enablement: Available to all organizations. No additional configuration is required.
Also in this release
Template metadata: Documents created from a user-managed template no longer inherit the template's metadata. There is no change to support-managed templates.
Enablement: Applies to all organizations automatically.
Bug fixes
Moving a document now checks create access on the target folder, not just the source folder.
Folder downloads now respect subfolder permissions on unblinded documents.
Approvals no longer apply effective or review-by dates when the version label toggles are off.
Deactivating a user no longer fails when their workflow step assignment is stacked elsewhere in the folder hierarchy.
Org copy no longer fails on a statement timeout during import.
A full list of changes will be loaded into your Validation cabinet in Kivo after the release. Look for the validation documentation for release 2026.Q3.3.
