The 2026.Q3.4 release includes one new enabled feature enhancement. A full list of those requirements can be found below.

<b>Workflow Completion/Approval Email Notifications</b>

Kivo will now send an email notification when an approval workflow is completed on a document. Once a document has been approved, the approval step owner and anyone following the document automatically receive an email confirming the approval. This keeps everyone involved in a workflow informed of its progress without needing to log in and check the document status manually.

<b>Enablement Impact:</b> Enabled for all organizations. No additional configuration is required.
