The 2026.Q3.5 release includes two new enabled features. A full list of those requirements can be found at the bottom of this message.
Regional and STF stylesheets in the eCTD viewer
When you open a us-regional or stf XML file in the eCTD viewer, Kivo now displays the FDA stylesheet by default, making it more human-readable. A "View XML" toggle lets you switch to the underlying XML at any time.
Enablement: Available to all organizations. No additional configuration is required.
Export only approved docs from the submission builder
The submission builder now includes an "Export only approved docs" option alongside "Export only changed files." When selected, your export includes only approved document versions — so if a submission is still in progress, you can export just the approved documents.

Signature block resizing for Kivo e-signature — You can now drag to resize a signature block, making it possible to apply Kivo e-signatures to documents with smaller signature areas.
