The 2026.Q4.1 release includes two new enabled feature enhancements. A full list of those requirements can be found at the bottom of this message.

Copy a Submission

Users can now copy an existing submission to a new one within Submission Builder, saving time on submissions with overlapping modules and documents. A dialog prompts for the details of the new submission to be created (copying will create a new submission). You can then choose exactly what to carry over, module by module: copy the module template and optionally copy all documents. Once in a new submission, the structure and content can be updated as needed.

Enablement: Available to all organizations using Kivo Submission Builder. No additional configuration is required.

Set Metadata When Creating a Cabinet

Workspace managers can now set key cabinet metadata as part of creating a cabinet, rather than editing the cabinet afterward. The create-cabinet flow will now prompt you for any metadata required for sub-folder or placeholder names, based on the cabinet template. You can also optionally set Document Type when creating the cabinet. This mirrors the current folder creation path, but now extends that metadata prompt to cabinet creation as well.

Enablement: Available to all organizations. No additional configuration is required.
