These steps apply to user account authenticating with a password. If your workspace is integrated with SSO and you authenticate using your corporate account using Active Directory, Okta, Auth0, etc. you will need to reset your password directly with your identity provider.
Step 1. At the welcome screen, users will see options to log into the system.
Step 2. Click on Forgot Password, then enter your email address.
Step 3. Check your email for a link to reset your password.
