Introduction
If you authenticate into Kivo using a username and password, you can reset your password directly from the login screen.
Note: If your workspace uses Single Sign-On (SSO) and you log in using your corporate credentials (such as Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Okta, or Auth0), you must reset your password directly through your identity provider. Kivo does not manage passwords for SSO-enabled accounts.
Overview
Password resets are available for users who log in using standard Kivo credentials.
If you log in using:
Email and password → Use the steps below
Corporate SSO (Entra ID, Okta, etc.) → Reset through your company’s login provider
Resetting Your Password
Step 1 – Navigate to the Login Page
Go to the Kivo login screen.
Step 2 – Select “Forgot Password”
Click Forgot Password.
Step 3 – Enter Your Email Address
Enter the email address associated with your Kivo account.
Step 4 – Check Your Email
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Click the link and follow the prompts to create a new password.

Notes and Important Behavior
The reset link will be sent only if the email address matches an existing account.
If you have not yet accepted an invite and logged in, your password reset will be unsuccessful. If you feel this may be the case, reach out to [email protected]
If you do not see the reset email, check your spam or junk folder.
If your organization uses SSO, password resets must be completed through your identity provider.

Confirm you are entering the correct email address
Verify whether your workspace uses SSO
