Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) list is a pre-configured/out of the box (OOTB) report. It is a subset of the Controlled Document Report. Report allows users to understand the landscape of SOPs within the organization. Report includes details about the SOPs like expiration/approved/effective dates, department, type of documents and control number.

Use Cases

  • SOP Audit: Determine a review/update schedule for content. Determine missing or out of date documents.

  • Build Training Courses: Use a SOP report to search for current SOPs for a subject or work stream to create a training course.
