This release introduces one significant new feature as well as a series of backend improvements and minor usability updates.
Multi-Document Placeholders
Multi-Document Placeholders enables users to create multiple files from a single Placeholder. This is used in locations that may require multiple uploads from a vendor or investigator site. Examples could include batch records, CVs, Logs, Subject Profiles, etc.
Documents created from a Multi-Document Placeholder follow a defined naming convention. Options include:
Document Name Prefix - Each document can have a prefix added when created. Options are defined below.
Document Name - This can inherit from the filename, placeholder, or a separate text string.
Document Name Suffix - Each document can have a suffix added when created. Options are defined below.
Prefix and Suffix Options
Text String: Specific text can be added to further provide context for the document. Examples could be the Site number, Study number, etc.
Date: Multiple formats of dates can be added.

Sequential Number: 1 - 4 digits
# : 1-n

Preserving Source Filenames - Uploaded document can either keep the same file name used when uploaded, or the filename can be updated to the document name.
