Managing Trial Sites (Clinical Module)

Manage clinical trial sites from Manager mode in the Clinical module.

Required Roles: Workspace Manager, or Product Module Manager assigned to the Clinical module.

Required Permissions: Manager mode access for Clinical module.

Trial sites in the Clinical module are managed from Manager mode. Workspace Managers and Product Module Managers assigned to Clinical can add sites, update their details, and control which users or groups can access them.

How to Manage Trial Sites

  1. Enter Manager mode and open the Clinical module.

  2. Navigate to Sites.
    ​

  3. Add a new site by clicking Create Investigator, or open an existing site to update its details.
    ​

  4. Use the site's Permissions panel to grant access to the appropriate users or groups by clicking Investigator Access.
    ​

Product Module Managers assigned only to Clinical can manage Clinical trial sites but will not see manager actions in Regulatory, Quality, or Corporate.
