The 2025.Q2.4 release introduces the ability to save training reports directly to the DMS, the option to save a new version of a document when rejecting it in content review, and improvements to project functionality. It also includes usability improvements and minor bug fixes.

You now have the ability to save training report(s) directly to the DMS via the "Save" button in the upper right of the report. Any filters applied to the report will carry over to the saved version, allowing you to save reports for specified users, courses, documents, or statuses. The feature also allows you to save multiple reports at once, either by user (User Report) or by course (Training Course Report).

In a content review step of a workflow, you will now see the option to save a new version or revert changes when rejecting a document. This allows you to either keep or discard changes that you or other users may have made in a content review step.

Project Management Enhancements

This release includes a number of usability improvements to projects:

  • Tasks can be assigned to Groups as well as Users, allowing for easier management across teams

  • You can elect to exclude weekends in project date calculations (accessed via the "Edit Project" button)

  • Dependencies now allows for Tasks to depend on Milestones

  • Task duration can be set in a Project Template, allowing faster set-up of new projects

A full list of changes will be loaded into your validation cabinet in Kivo. Look for the validation documentation for release 2025.Q2.4.
