As part of our eTMF product, Kivo supports adding unblinded documents. Users can be granted the ability to view unblinded documents at a folder level.
Unblinded is a feature which allows a user to hide or unhide a document from users.
Please note that the Unblinded feature is only available for users who have permissions to unblind documents/data.
Workspace Manager can enable Unblinded data for a user.
Here below are the steps to upload an unblinded document:
1. Log in as a user with "Can View Unblinded permission"
2. Navigate to the folder to upload an Unblinded document
3. Click the Blue Plus at the bottom of the column and select Upload
4. Add a file to upload and click Create Document
5. When you click Create document, a dialogue will display asking if the document is to be Unblinded or not.
6. To make the document unblinded, click "Contains Unblinded Data"
7. An unblinded document have a red border to indicate unblinded status and appear in the folder view with a padlock on the file icon.
