The 2025.Q3.3 release includes several new features, as well as usability improvements and minor bug fixes.
Sequential Order for Document Reviews
A Review type workflow step will now allow you to set a sequential review order. This will invite the next reviewer to participate only after the previous user has reviewed and accepted the document. The option to sequentially review can be found when starting the workflow step.
If a sequential review is selected, you can drag the participating users to change the order.
Note that if a review step has a threshold configured (e.g. 3 users to pass review), that exact number of reviewers must be invited to enable a sequential review. If more users are added to the step than the configured threshold, the review order will be parallel by default.
Scheduling Report Emails
You can now schedule a report to send to your email daily, weekly, or monthly. This can be accessed by selecting Email Report under Save for a report. Filters in the emailed report will reflect what has been selected on your reports page.
You can cancel a previously scheduled report by finding it in the Currently Scheduled section.
Training Manager Alerts for New Approved Docs
Training Managers will now see an alert on their Course Builder page when a course contains a document for which there is a new approved version.
By opening that training course, you can see which documents have a newer version available. You can then update all documents to their latest approved version by selecting Update Documents.
This will create a new version of the training course with updated approved documents. If there are Required Groups assigned to that training course, they will be enrolled in the latest version when it is published.
A full list of changes will be loaded into your validation cabinet in Kivo. Look for the validation documentation for release 2025.Q3.3.
